Survey on benchmarking and chimerism testing techniques accreditation

JACIE is surveying centres to find out how they will respond to two new standards introduced in the 6th edition of the Standards:  (B4.7.5) clinical outcome benchmarking and (B2.12) chimerism testing techniques accreditation. These two requirements have generated much discussion and a survey in early 2015 showed that there was some uncertainty about how to meet the requirements. We would like to get a more complete picture of the situation across different countries.
