As you may know, the EBMT Registry & Clinical Trials Office in London moved to a new location on the Guy’s Hospital site on 20th June. The former location (12th Floor of Guy’s Tower) is already being transformed into a new state of the art laboratory for cell therapy.
||The EBMT staff is now settled at their new address on the 4th Floor, Tabard House. It is very much a mix of the old and the new. Their building is based in Talbot Yard by the site of the old Tabard Inn, most famously the place where Geoffrey Chaucer met the pilgrims with whom he travelled to Canterbury in 1386. As for the new, they are delighted that the offices have recently been refurbished and they still have a good view of the Shard.
The EBMT staff members are also pleased that their colleagues from the British registry (BSBMT) continue to be neighbours – now on the 5th Floor of Tabard House. They look forward to welcoming EBMT pilgrims coming to the area!
